The Manitoba Improv League
Another season of the MIL gets underway here in the land of 204. This year we have moved to a leaner, meaner improv machiner with 6 teams battling (with love) for the coveted top spot. The top spot of course gives bragging rights and a place at the Nationals. The MIL is a member of the Canadian Improv Games, which just happens to be the largest and most geographically dispersed theare festival in Canada. It was formed in 1978 with the help of non other that David Sheppard (one of the founding fathers of modern improv). The teams for the 2007/2008 season include: Westwood Kelvin Grant Park Vincent Massey JH Bruns MBCI Soon, we will post picutres and even the team names... cool huh?
